Product and order help

Email us or use our contact form. For an order enquiry, include your order number and the email used at checkout. For sizing help, include the product and relevant measurements. Do not email full payment-card details or passwords.

We aim to respond within two business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. If you telephone and cannot reach us, please email so we have the details needed to help.

Delivery, returns and complaints

For delivery availability, include the product, postcode and suburb—particularly for a travel mat or stroller. For a damaged, faulty or incorrect item, describe what happened and include a photograph if practical. We will coordinate with the supplier on your behalf.

For a complaint, tell us the issue and the outcome you would like. We will review the details and explain the next steps. Privacy questions and requests can be sent to the same email address with “Privacy” in the subject line.
